As I lay here in the sun in Lanzarote, I’m puzzled by a recent message.

There’s no vacation from gout, though mine seems to be better at the moment – must be all this lovely sunshine.

I’ve posted a question from a reader in the gout forum about flaky hands.

Have you had any experience of this?

OK. that’s enough Internet for now – time to go back out to the sun.
