		<description>Thanks for the information. This is no less than the tenth time I have had to deal with gout at the base of my toes, and it is indeed painful. Just when I think I&#039;ve got the right foods, it flairs up again, and I have to run to the computer to research what foods I&#039;ve eaten that possibly brought on the the last incident. I had never thought about looking for foods to PREVENT gout! What a handy list! Thanks so much!</description>
