I showed to the doctor today. There is no pain when pressing the foot or the thumb, even when pressing very hard.

The pain comes when the thumb is moved upward beyond a point, which doctor says is due to the injury, not gout. The pain comes and goes away instantly.

The pain is also when I walk (sometimes) or when jogging for longer duration. it goes away after sometime. Doctor put some gelpad in my show and that reduced the pain a lot.

I might go for MRI scan for further evaluation.

In the meantime, UA level is 3.2 today afternoon at 2 pm before food.
