I have a few friends that suffer – as so do I. I have controlled it where as to having 5 or so attacks in 5 years. Lots of water I do – I am of good weight so that is not an issue – I have been told that White Cider Vinager is good – many people swear by it?!?!? You have to handle the taste – although if it stopped an attack coming on – bring on the vineager!

hi, i use it to lower inflamation by puttin a handkerchief splashed in apple vinegar onto the inflamation area. it helps somehow (old grandma recipe). So this way you dont need to taste it. Usually it helps somehow, but not guaranteed.
