chornic gout and tophi 24 y/o

I got my first gout attack when I was 15. Now I’m 24 and suffering from chornic gout. I have tophi all over my body esp. My hands. I can’t even open my hand all the way and have to deal with joint limitations. Hard to sleep at night because my shoulders and hands are always in pain. I get attacks every few weeks mainly on my knees,hand,wrist,fingers,knuckles,elbows. Is there anyway to get rid of tophi naturally? I was looking into some called kyrestexxa but I don’t have any medical insurance. I was seeing a rhumetologist when I did have insurance and he said I would be a good candidate for it. I need help!
