Occasionally, a few wise words stand out as being well worth repeating. today it was:
On the other hand I am 53 and enjoy a quality of life. I am not willing to give up my red wine or occasional meat. I do eat healthy but I don?t want to eat salad, beans and tea for the rest of my life. I think there is a happy medium for everyone.
