I can assure you, this is a genuine service, called HTMail, that I use personally.

It does not return a fortune, but a little money for a few minutes work is always welcome. It is nice to get paid for reading emails and visiting websites. Don’t be worried that you will get an Inbox full of rubbish - you can (and should) tell the service what your interests are, and only relevant products and services are sent to you.
