We have discussed home uric acid testing on several occasions. A recurring theme is interpretation of results, especially explanations of fluctuations and the best time to test.

I've added this note as a reminder to myself to investigate publicly available uric acid testing data.

I'm also wondering if a GoutPal data collection tool would be useful (with options for anonymity, of course)

If this is important to you, please give this message the thumbs up. As always, your thoughts by way of replies to this are most welcome.

I agree. it would help a lot in many ways.

If we know the geneal trend of Uric Acid, it may also help to regulate the food intake around the variation trend and help keep UA under control. For example, if it gets high as the day progresses, one can control the food intake from high in the breakfast to low at dinner time.
