This is really "SEXCITING" Looks like you've found a sensuous way of "treating" gout.  Whatever you do or indulge in, "do it well" and you will be deeply rewarded, be it gout or SEX.  It does not matter what and how you do it, as long as you can make your wife  elated , do it.

On thinking about this little gem – it struck me that losing a lot of Zinc in sperm could be a factor. Not only is it involved in Iron uptake [iron inhibition possibly a plus for gouties] but heavily involved in supporting the immune system [not so much reaction in a gout attack].

Depending on system balance [inc. Zinc status, actual diet/supplementation and absorption rates of Zinc there could well be mixed personal reactions- and at various times too. [May not usually be obvious what's  on]- Just so typical of gout issues!

PS: Zinc (best with inc. copper) is better taken at night, for you morning guys

The science is that all body fluids contain some uric acid, so ejaculate as much as possible, get as sweaty as you can, and make sure you dribble plenty. Even a few tender tears might help, but be aware of the big drawback!

The uric acid concentration in all these fluids is lower than blood, so make sure you replace the lost water with appropriate fluids. Do a good job of it, and get her to reward you with a cup of tea afterwards.

Later, just went out and Googled Sex, now I remember, boy things have changed.

I also remember that in an attack the last thing I wanted to do was have my afflicted foot anywhere near where it could be touched or bumped and that I wasn't in the mood for creative thinking.

Full points for trying and a a bit of  lateral thinking, wouldn't it be fantastic it it worked on two counts, very creative.

To me it's important that husband and wife be frank and honest to each other to maintain a loving and caring relationship in which everything happens NATURALLY - including SEX.  Show love and concern to your lovely wife and I am sure she will reciprocate in a loving way.
