It's taken a while to approve this thread because it's basically an advert for this fools website.

I was tempted to simply delete it, but there is an important point to consider for gout sufferers, so I've struggled to edit out the blatant spammy parts without losing the message.

Nutrition supplements are usually a waste of time because the active ingredients are so sparse that they have little effect.

Others, like this one, use unnaturally high concentrations of nutrients that have been shown to have a beneficial effect at normal consumption levels. Gout sufferers should always be wary of this type of product as they can easily make a bad situation worse.

As the fool suggests, some of these preparations can be shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. However, gout inflammation is an extremely complicated process. It's very presence is a serious indication that metabolism is out of balance. Introducing a highly concentrated nutrient can runs the risk of unbalancing the metabolism even more.

Many scientists are currently researching this process, and some progress is being made in understanding the inflammatory process of gout. As far as I am aware, this increased understanding has not led to anyone suggesting that massive doses of fish extracts can possibly help reduce gouty inflammation.

The right approach is to balance the diet so that sufficient nutrients are available naturally. Moderate supplementation of certain nutrients that are hard to obtain from natural sources is OK, but requires a detailed dietary analysis.

Everyone has the freedom to try different products and find out if that product can help them. No one has the right to use this forum as a platform to promote their dubious wares.

I was hoping to get additional opinons by now from this forum. However, after further research on grapeseed extract antioxidants and greenlip mussel Omega-3's plus numerous testimonials received in the last couple weeks on the effectiveness of this supplement for many inflammatory issues (other than gout) I am confident what I have in hand will be extremely beneficial with no side effects whatsoever. Please feel free to remove this post. Thanks and Take Care!

I have a couple of friends that suffer from gout and I would really like to help them. They have taken the advice of their doctors to reduce their alchohol and red meat consumption. However, they still do suffer symptoms. I have recently stumbled onto the most potent all natural omega-3/antioxidant combination that is an extremely good all natural anti-inflammatory. I personally do not suffer from any inflammation issues, so I cannot say that it has helped me with any inflammation. Although it has benefited me in several other ways more than anything I hav ever taken before. I would like to have them give this a shot to see if it helps, but do not want to give them something they should not be taking for this paticular symptom. I am not aware that they would have any negative side effects, but want to get more opinions. You can get information on this at my blog. I would greatly appreciate your opinion.

Thanks
