What is the best way to find gout and uric acid information?

Question

Though there is clearly a need for cosmetic improvement round these parts, I am trying to focus on better ways to find the most relevant information for you.

I do realize that everyone approaches research differently. Some just want quick answers to a personal question. Others want to search deeper and deeper into a topic to find as much related information as they can.

As you can see from my embyonic navigation guidelines at Finding Gout And Uric Acid Information, there are several existing ways to find information, with more in the pipeline.

Rather than receiving rude and pointless messages that say:

It is so difficult to navigate this website..I believe there is lots of great info...but finding it is a problem. The gout forums are ridiculously hard to navigate...just thought I'd share with you. Thanks

Searching Gout And Uric Acid Information

My personal favorite - the search engine. It includes alternative spellings if they are not too random, so helps even when you are not exavtly sure of a medical term.

I am sure it can be improved. What would make you use it more? [Please add a comment if it is a simple improvement to current searching facilities, or ask a related question if you wnat to discuss wider issues of searching for information]

The Gout Index

This lists the indexes for each section, such as Gout Symptoms, Gout Treatment, Gout Diet, and Understanding Uric Acid.

Alphabetic Gout And Uric Acid Indexing

I am working on this project now. All reference pages and discussions are tagged with a key phrase, then there will be a list of topics begining with each letter of the alphabet.

You can see the start of it on this website. Towards the end of each page is a list that ends you can also search for related topics ()

The index tags are in the brackets, and if it is empty, it means I have forgotten to index it. There will be a nudge feature later, so please do not tell me about the missing index tags just yet.
